1. Products and Customization
Mon Impression custom products are made to order according to your specifications. By uploading your designs, you confirm that you hold all necessary rights for their use. We reserve the right to refuse any order containing offensive, illegal elements or that infringe third-party rights.
2. Copyright and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your designs. By submitting your illustration, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your illustration solely for fulfilling your order. We do not sell or share your designs with third parties.
3. Orders and Payment
Payment is required at the time of order. Once payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email. Our team will send you an approval mockup before final production. Changes can be made at this stage.
4. Production and Timelines
Our orders are shipped within 7 business days. Timelines may vary depending on the type of item, availability, and quantity ordered.
5. Return and Refund Policy
Custom products are made to order according to your specifications and are non-refundable except in case of manufacturing defect or error on our part. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
6. Print Quality
We strive to faithfully reproduce your designs. However, Mon Impression is not responsible for printing errors due to poor quality images (low resolution, inadequate format). For best results, send your high-resolution files by email.
7. Limitation of Liability
Mon Impression is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers, events beyond our control, or errors in delivery information provided by the customer.
